Quynh An Nguyen – Organizer & Instructor
An Nguyen is an undergraduate student studying Public Health at the University of California, San Diego. She has gained a background in basic life support skills from EMT training and leading Red Cross events throughout high school. Before her second year of college, she formed Train to Save with the help of Rainbow Kids Urgent Care to contribute to the safety and health of her community. As an instructor, she fulfils her passion of helping others and gains experiences she hopes to carry on as a future doctor.
Kiera Mogensen – Instructor
Kiera Mogensen was recently accepted into the University of San Francisco’s nursing program and is thrilled to begin her first semester in the fall of 2025. She currently works as a medical assistant at Rainbow Kids Pediatric Urgent Care, where she continues to gain valuable experience in the medical field, and feels honored to be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact in their community. She finds her greatest joy in helping others, spending time in nature, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Caroline Duong-Tran –Director of Patient Experience and Community Relations for Rainbow Kids Urgent Care
Caroline Duong-Tran leads marketing and public relations at Rainbow Kids Urgent Care (RKUC), overseeing RKUC’s community engagement and sponsorships, social media presence, and special events and celebrations. She grew up with a passion for caring for others, especially children, and served as a pediatric intensive care unit registered nurse. She is deeply involved in her community as a Sustainer member of the National Charity League, El Dorado Hills Chapter, and as a representative for Rainbow Kids Urgent Care Team at charitable events.
